The Sangeet School of World Music in North East Los Angeles presents nine weeks of exciting world music workshops for intermediate & advanced musicians ages 13-18.  Students will have the exceptional opportunity to learn instruments from India such as sitar & tabla.  In addition students will learn to apply world music concepts on instruments that have proficiency on already; guitar, bass, violin, winds, drum set through a world music synthesis experience called the SHPLANG Ensemble!
