Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking, community, and art at Ave 50 Studio on Fig.

Chef Marita of Godmother Salt leads an intimate culinary experience where you prepare and cook an entire menu from scratch — all featuring Godmother Salt blends. Joining her is Joy Alegria, owner of Alegria Xocolatl, who will present the medicinal power and history of cacao — the star ingredient of the evening’s entrée, a Mole Rojo made with Alegria Xocolatl’s cacao paste.

The menu: a Paloma a la Madrina cocktail to start, Godmother Guacamole, Mole Rojo, and Arroz Blanco. You prepare and cook everything from scratch. When the meal is ready, you sit down, sip, and celebrate surrounded by art.
