“My work consists of a variety of media. My preferred media are pastels,
acrylics, oils and silk screens. Filled with bright vibrant colors, my works are
both, dramatic and poetic. Traveling, literature, my garden and life are the
sources of my inspiration. Loyalty to my subjects is imperative to my work. My
art seems to be pleasing and inviting to the beholder. At first sight, it seems
to be just what you see, but once captured by it, one finds hidden messages that
might be faces, poetic symbolism and literary references. I create art because I
