About:
This series of “Living Jewels” are inspired by my childhood memories. I grew up on a ranch in Mexico, and I enjoyed exploring, observing, playing and chasing butterflies, beatles, wasps and other animals.
In this series, I rescue the magical world I used to imagine that existed in, trees, leaves, grass, nooks and crannies. My purpose is to show the beauty of the insects and other friends, including their magical environment. The most important thing is to develop feelings and care for all living entities on Mother Earth. These days, I am aware that if humankind were to disappear the world would be fine without us. If animals were to disappear, the world would collapse into chaos.
