Emerging artist Johnny Castillo explores his reality as a first generation Guatemalan immigrant now assimilating in Los Angeles. Castillo will have a one-person show, Solace in our Red Floor Gallery. His use of a limited palate in many of his works, and technical control of his art tools, ensure us that he is firmly on the path towards artistic recognition. Castillo is currently studying Drawing and Painting at The Long Beach School of Art.
