These works allow the viewer to encounter a glimpse on the life cycle, the suffrage, the struggles, assimilation, and transcultural changes that a migrant confronts as he or she begin their journey in life. These works are part of a larger collective that embrace aspects of the syncretism process and the ability to “Koeg ‘zist” with other forms.
