Prognosis: Decolonial Poetic Exhale

In collaboration with Sidony O’neal for literary transcreation, Prognosis is a book of poems, short stories and essays which allows us to unlearn oppression through the body. -“The relevance of this project is coherent with the multi-dimensional condition of people of color around the world, for whom experiences of diaspora and migration must be expressed in more than one language.”

Several major cities have been fortunate to check the latest creation by Bocafloja but the time has finally arrived for Los Angeles to get an in depth Q&A, spoken word session by the author and open mic to the public (we can’t wait to hear your voice!).

Special Guest: Cambio from Central Coast California, who recently released an EP ala mixtape called, “Places Unfinished At Creation”.

This will be an all ages event.
