Earth, a symbol of land and travel, to honor those before us, whose spaces we occupy.
Symbolically we will plant trees to honor those who have died from traffic violence.
The trees will be installed at 10am.
On this day, please join us for a workshop on writing prayers, poems, thoughts, and reflections, on artist Frank Romero’s car-shaped notes, to be displayed on the tree altars. We hope these collected testimonials will serve to symbolize the aspirations of community members whose lives are affected by traffic violence

Venerated Chicano Artist Frank Romero will be participating with us on our Vision Zero Project.
The Trees of Life Prayer Cards will be in the shape of Frank’s iconic cars.
